Your Rights and Responsibilities

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 55bdt platform ("we", "55bdt", "the Service") and any registered user ("you", "member"). When you create an account on 55bdt or use the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

55bdt is a platform providing online betting and casino services. These terms apply to Bangladeshi players and are written in Bengali.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on 55bdt and use the platform, members must meet the following conditions:

• All information provided must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Members must use a valid payment method registered in their own name.

2.2 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported immediately to the 55bdt support team ([email protected]).

55bdt will not be liable for any losses from the account resulting from the member's negligence.

2.3 Account Verification

55bdt may request verification of a member's identity at any time. If required documents (such as a national ID card) are not submitted in time, account transactions may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Deposits

55bdt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

Before requesting a withdrawal, members must confirm that their account is fully verified and all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on 55bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Members are solely responsible for paying any applicable government taxes or duties on winnings.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

55bdt offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• If a promotional code is required to receive a bonus, it must be applied correctly.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Bonuses may only apply to designated games or betting categories.
• 55bdt reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

4.3 VIP Program

55bdt's VIP program has four tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Promotion to a higher tier is based on the player's activity and contributions. VIP benefits are provided subject to specific conditions and are subject to change.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless 55bdt cancels it on its own initiative due to a technical error or other valid reason. If an event is cancelled or the result remains undetermined, the bet amount may be refunded to the member's account.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical issue arises (server downtime, connection loss, game software error), 55bdt reserves the right to cancel affected bets or alter results. 55bdt will not be held liable for abnormal winnings or losses caused by such errors.

5.3 Fair Play Policy

55bdt is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of manipulation or fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors.

Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and all accumulated funds may be forfeited.

6.1 Commitment to Responsibility

55bdt is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We believe that betting is a form of entertainment and should not become a problem for any member. 55bdt therefore provides various tools and features to keep members safe.

6.2 Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting

8.2 Liability for Damages

55bdt's liability in any case shall not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question. 55bdt will not be held liable in any way for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.1 Grounds for Account Closure

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure
